If you need technical or audio/visual support, kindly submit a support request. Additionally, if you would like your event to be advertised through church communications, please indicate so. Please be aware that this form functions as an event request, and approval is required for all proposed events.

The Church Meeting Minutes form serves as a template for all meetings and committees within the organization. It is designed to streamline the documentation process and ensure consistency in recording important discussions and decisions. Additionally, please share your committee minutes in the Google Drive designated for collaborative document storage and accessibility.
Council Report Submission Form
To ensure an organized and efficient council meeting, all members are required to submit their ideas and requests for discussion at least 10 days in advance. This includes any proposed topics or reports that council members wish to address during the meeting. This advance submission allows ample time for review and to send out an agenda before each meeting.
